1. Introduction

Welcome to Team Workload for Microsoft Planner ("Service"). This Service is provided by Crosstown Tech ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into an agreement and have the necessary authorization to connect your Microsoft 365 account. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this Service.

3. Service Description

Team Workload is a read-only reporting tool that shows the signed-in user's Microsoft Planner tasks across every plan they can access, grouped by teammate. The Service relies on the Microsoft Graph API and, for Premium plans, Microsoft Dataverse for functionality. The Service never creates, edits, or deletes tasks, and only shows you plans you already have access to in Microsoft Planner.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for disruptions caused by Microsoft or other third-party services.

4. Fees & Trial

The Service offers a free trial, after which continued use may require a paid subscription as described on our pricing page. Prices may change; changes will not apply retroactively to already-paid periods.

5. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you agree that you will:

• Provide valid authentication credentials for your Microsoft account
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service
• Not engage in activities that could overload or harm our systems

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and store only the data necessary to provide the Service. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & Changes to Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or free from errors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim any warranties regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service. You acknowledge that the Service depends on external services (Microsoft APIs), and we are not responsible for any data loss, failures, or service disruptions caused by these third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Service
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party service failures (e.g., Microsoft APIs)
• Unauthorized access to user accounts

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction.
